We are the data controller for the information you send us through this website. If you have a question about how we handle your details, email hello@zaviraco.uk.

When you submit the wholesale inquiry form we receive exactly what you typed into it:

• your name and company name
• your email address and phone number
• your description of the products or categories you are after
• your estimated monthly purchasing volume
• an optional note about your company, if you chose to add one

The form also carries a hidden "website" field that must stay empty. It is a spam filter: if an automated bot fills it in, the inquiry is rejected without being read.

We use what you send us to do the job you asked for: review your account inquiry, check what we can supply, prepare pricing and availability, and reply to you. If you open an account, we use the same details to place orders, arrange delivery and keep records of our dealings.

We do this because you chose to send it to us, and to keep our dealings with you safe and free of spam.

We do not add you to a mailing list, send you marketing you did not ask for, sell your details, or build a profile about you.

Your browser sends the inquiry to our own website address, where it is checked for completeness and then delivered as a single email to our wholesale team, with your email address set as the reply-to so we can answer you directly.

We do not store inquiry details in a database on this website, and we do not hold them in a queue for later marketing. Once the notice reaches our team, it sits in the same inbox as any other business email.

The "Get a Quote" form does not send anything on its own. It prepares a quote request and hands it to your own email app as a draft, so nothing leaves your device until you press send there. We only see those details when you choose to send the draft to us.

Serving the site means our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs: the pages requested, the time of the request, the type of browser used and the IP address it came from. These exist to keep the site running and to spot abuse. We do not use them for advertising and do not join them up with your inquiry.

The page also loads its two fonts from Google, which tells Google the visitor's IP address. This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, advertising or social media trackers. If you choose light or dark mode, or a larger text size, we store only those choices in your browser so they can be remembered on your next visit. Choosing device mode for appearance, or normal text size, removes the saved choice.

We never sell your information and never share it for advertising. It reaches only the services needed to run this part of the business: our email delivery provider, which carries the inquiry notice to our team, and our hosting provider, which serves the website and keeps the technical logs described above.

An inquiry is kept for as long as it takes to answer you and, if you become a customer, for as long as we need it to serve your account. Order and accounting records are kept for the period UK tax and company law requires. If you ask us to delete your details and there is no legal reason to keep them, we do.

The form is sent over an encrypted connection, the hidden field and a limit on repeated submissions keep automated spam out, and access to the inbox where inquiries land is restricted to our team. No method of transmission is completely safe, but these steps keep the risk to a sensible level for the kind of information involved.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, have it corrected, have it deleted, ask us to stop using it, or withdraw consent for us to use it. Email hello@zaviraco.uk and we will handle the request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
